Introducing: America’s IOPS Website
This very website was inspired by all of you and the carefully considered requests you have made to be more informed and involved in our workplaces. Thanks to all who assisted in testing our early stages and provided feedback!
Location pages with details on office access, meeting rooms, parking, onsite support, and much more have been published on this one-stop website to help you make maximal use of the resources available to you. There is also information on nearby attractions and restaurants recommended by locals – perfect for entertaining clients or after work outings. Take a virtual tour of updates at your tagged location or check out the offices you have not visited yet through beautiful images and guides. These pages are a great resource for first time visitors and to share with potential partners for an idea of what it is like working with Wipro.
The iOps site also introduces you to the network of support personnel at your disposal, local & regional events, desk & meeting space information, and travel help – all in one sleek site. Not a bad surprise huh? This newsletter will also be hosted there and will feature a regular update of must-know information that you can’t find anywhere else. (Bookmark now to avoid fomo later.)
Envoy
In addition to information on the people and places that can make your office time a success – we have built a special page for our new desk management tool: Envoy. Envoy is a workspace management app that allows our locations to run seamlessly instead of employees manually coordinating who will be in the office which days, trying to physically save desks, guessing where your team members chose to work that day, etc.
Downloading the app conveniently allows you to pre-register the days you plan to be in the office, while reserving your ideal workspace. Some key benefits of this application are the visibility of knowing who else will be in the office; when and where others are working; invite other employees or external guests to the office and be notified of their arrival; see the office floor plan; choose available workspaces and search by amenity type (like if you need a space with a sit/stand desk or whiteboard); and automatic sign-in capabilities eliminating the hassle of remembering to sign in.
Important notices will be posted in the app as announcements by administrators – much better than another email memo about the copier, right? Plus, there will be more enhancements and new features coming soon. Check with your office administrator to see if Envoy is currently implemented in your location. Either way, check Envoy for your administrator’s announcements regularly, because activities you may not know about are happening in your office right now...
