OFFICE INFORMATION

  • Regular office hours are from 8am to 5pm.  An employee identification badge is required for entry on to the 68th floor after hours. 

  • For employees and office visitors, please use the building entrances on Fifth Avenue, 34th, and 33rd Street.

    Visitors will be issued QR Code and must be escorted at all times while inside the facilities. Visitors must provide a proof of identification in the form of a valid government issued photo ID. 

  • Our office has 24 state of the art sit/stand workstations equipped with dual 24-inch monitors, a docking station, keyboard and mouse. 

    Offices are equipped with 32-inch monitors, keyboard mouse and Clickshare. 

    Workstations must be booked via the instructions below to have a reserved seat within our space. 

    1. Navigate to https://my.pronestorworkspace.com/and login using your Capco email address 

    1. Click on your profile in the top right, select settings, and update the preferred area.

    1. Select the home tab, the date you wish to reserve a desk, and select the desk you wish to reserve 

  • IT staff is in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Edwin Hernandez & Shay Olufowobi can be called at 212-294-8605.

  • The Empire State Building is fully ADA compliant. Service dogs are allowed throughout the building. Motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs are permitted. Click here for more information.

FACILITY SERVICES

  • The building does not provide parking for tenants, however, there are early bird specials for customers at nearby parking garages.

  • Lost or stolen access badges are to be reported to reception immediately for deactivation. There is active, 24/7 security.

  • Please deliver any found items to the Capco reception desk. If you have lost an item, please contact the office manager.

MEETING RESOURCES

  • The NY office offers 12 private offices and 4 large meeting rooms, 4 huddle rooms, and 4 single phone rooms along with 9 Framery phone booths. 

    Private offices and meeting rooms can be reserved by emailing USNYReception@capco.com

  • FedEx is available for local printing and shipping services. The closest location is inside the Empire State Building. To place your order, call or email this location for further instructions.

    From the NQRW or BDFM lines, exit the train at 34th Street – Herald Square Station.
    From Herald Square, it’s a five-minute walk to the building entrance.

    From the 456 or 7 lines, exit the train at Grand Central Terminal.
    From Grand Central, it’s a 10-minute walk to the building entrance.
