Women’s Day Panel Discussions Brought Inspiration
On March 13th 2025, our office buzzed with excitement as we commemorated Women's Day with an inspiring panel discussion titled "Inspiration and Leadership: Women Transforming the Industry." This event featured two remarkable speakers, Ana Ruano, Mexico Country Lead, Wipro and Adriana Gabriela Cruz Castillejos, CHG Quality Coordinator, Carestream Health.

The panel discussion was a powerful reminder of the strength and resilience women bring to the workplace. Ana and Adriana's stories inspired us to embrace challenges, step out of our comfort zones, and stay true to our values. We were invited to reflect on our working life. To think about the moments that tested our determination, the moments when we could have given up but chose to keep going, which serve as a reminder that we can overcome obstacles, no matter how insurmountable they may seem.
