A Brazilian Diwali Celebration

The Brazil team gathers together to celebrate the yearly tradition of Diwali.

Diwali is one of the most significant festivals in India. Diwali, also known as Deepavali, is celebrated by Hindus, Jains and Sikhs around the world, and represents the victory of light over darkness and good over evil. It is a time of reflection and gratitude, as well as an opportunity to strengthen ties with friends and family. It is also a celebration of communal sharing, where those less fortunate receive help and support. To celebrate this special day, we had an event in our offices across Brazil where we had the opportunity to learn a little more about Diwali and also taste some sweet and savory Indian cuisine. Although Diwali is a traditionally Indian festival, its universal meaning - the victory of light over darkness and goodness over evil - is something we can all celebrate and appreciate. May the light of Diwali illuminate your hearts and bring joy to your lives!
