Traveling for business? Follow the steps below to begin the process.
Access to MyWipro is required.


STEP 1
When raising a travel request, there are two options for booking: Self Booking or Assisted Booking.

Self Booking: Employee books train/airfare, accommodations, and car rentals through the Concur platform. Employees need to complete profile creation in Concur if they choose the Self Booking option.

Assisted Booking: Company books airfare & accommodations on behalf of the employee. Car rentals are to be booked by the employee.

RAISING A TRAVEL REQUEST


STEP 2 (For Self-Booking)
When redirected to Concur, you will be prompted to update your profile (your previously entered info will be cleared).
You will only need to do this once.

PLEASE NOTE:
• After travel completion, employees will need to submit all settlement claims within 15 days after travel end date.

• If any further clarifications are required by the Claims Settlement team, the claim status will change to On Hold & will process further upon receiving the required information from the user.

• If no further clarifications are required and all necessary expense proofs are submitted, then the team will process and settle all claims within 3-7 business days.

CAR RENTAL DISCOUNT CODES

Wipro has a pre-negotiated discount program with two car rental companies:
Hertz and National/Enterprise.

Use the codes below for a discounted rate when booking your business rental car.
