There are two ways to request travel: Self-Booking or Assisted Booking (when the company books airfare & accommodations on behalf of the employee). All car rentals should be self-booked. Employees need to complete their profile creation in Concur to do this. Read below how to Self-Book your travel.

These services can be arranged through Roadside service at a fee.  Premium Roadside Service is an option available at the time of rental. If this optional service is chosen it would cover extra services such as lock out or running out of gas.  The phone number for Roadside Service is listed on the rental agreement and on the key FOB.  The number is 800-654-5060.

National/Enterprise: Emergency road service is available to assist renters when they lose their keys, get flat tires, are involved in accidents, or experience mechanical failure. There is no fee for roadside assistance. However, charges may apply for negligence-related service calls like lost keys and running out of gas.

For Enterprise roadside assistance, call 1800-307-6666

  • Hertz: Yes, rentals maybe extended up to 62 days by calling into Hertz reservations or the number listed on the rental agreement.

National/Enterprise: Yes, rentals may be extended for up to 30 days by calling the branch from which you rented the vehicle.

  • No, a credit or debit card is not required to make a car rental reservation.

  • Hertz: Offers to equip vehicles with hand Controls or Spinner Knobs.  Additionally, locations have accessible parking, and easy access buses.  If special equipment is needed this should be indicated at time of reservation.

National/Enterprise: Offers a range of adaptive driving devices, including hand controls, spinner knobs, pedal extenders, and left-foot accelerators. These are provided at no charge on a variety of compatible devices but require two business days’ notice for vehicles to be equipped with mobility devices.

  • Hertz: Toll Passes and Video Tolling are offered in most US toll locations through Plate Pass. If a vehicle is equipped there will be a sticker in the upper left-hand corner of the vehicle windshield. If Plate Pass is used there will be a $4.95/day fee up to $24.75/rental plus the cost of all tolls incurred. Plate Pass charges will be applied to the credit card after the rental closes typically one to 3 weeks from the return date.

National/Enterprise: Yes. There are three types of service:

1- Toll Pass Automatic. This option is based on the vehicles license plate and covers unpaid tolls regardless of rental location.

2- Toll Pass Device. This option requires a transponder device.

3- Toll Pass Waiver. This option requires a transponder device, and all tolls are included in the daily rate.

  • Hertz: In most cases a driver’s license check is automated when processing the rental agreement.

National/Enterprise: While National does not screen drivers with the DMV prior to rental, they do maintain a Do Not Rent (DNR) list. The DNR list includes renters whose driving records include convictions for reckless driving, DUI, suspended or revoked license, operating vehicle unlawfully, leaving scene of accident or failure to report an accident, among other violations within the past three years.

  • Hertz: The Lost and Found will be handled by each location. The easiest way to locate a locations phone number is at www.hertz.com

National/Enterprise: Each branch is responsible for maintaining items that are left in their vehicles by customers. While policies vary by branch, items are typically kept for approximately 90 days before being disposed.

  • No. Both Hertz and National/Enterprise rentals are charged when the vehicle is returned.

  • Hertz:  The Hertz LDW (Loss Damage Waiver) includes collision damage even if you don’t have personal insurance covering the damage. In order for LDW to be applied to any damage claims, you must properly report the related incident in accordance with the Rental Agreement. However, if the vehicle is obtained through fraud or you have an accident resulting from prohibited use, LDW is void and you will be responsible for all loss of or damage to the car.

National/Enterprise: Both Liability Coverage and Damage Waiver are included in Wipro renters’ corporate rates.

Damage Waiver (DW): The coverage relieves Wipro renters and authorized drivers from financial responsibility for loss of or damage to the rental vehicle. It also relieves renters of additional charges such as fees for the vehicle’s loss of use, diminishment of value or claims administration expenses. The DW will be null and void if the vehicle was used in a manner prohibited by the rental agreement.

Liability Coverage: Liability protection covers the renter and authorized drivers against claims (e.g., property damage, bodily injury, etc.) brought by 3rd parties.
